反渗透装置概述 Overview of reverse osmosis device:

反渗透装置是将自然水源为原水，经过原水泵加压后通过混凝砂滤、活性炭滤、离子交换树脂软化或阻垢加药系统及精密保安过滤等工序，再通过高压泵加压，经过反渗透膜，利用孔径相当于0.5nm的反渗透膜，使较高浓度的水变为低浓度水，同时将工业污染物、重金属、细菌、病毒等大量混入水中的杂质全部隔离，从而达到饮用规定的理化指标及卫生标准，还可以配置不同工艺，满足不同需求。

The reverse osmosis device uses natural water as raw water. After being pressurized by water pump, it passes through coagulation sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, ion exchange resin softening or scale inhibition dosing system and precision security filtration. Then, it is pressurized by high-pressure pump and passes through reverse osmosis membrane with pore diameter of 0.5nm, so as to change high concentration water into low concentration water. At the same time, it can ***lates industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and other impurities that are mixed into the water in large quantities, so as to meet the physical and chemical indicators and hygienic standards specified for drinking. Different processes can also be configured to meet different needs.

与其它水处理系统设计相仿，除场地、设备、资金等非技术问题之外，反渗透系统设计的依据主要是给水水质条件、产水水质要求及产水流量要求等三项。反渗透系统设计的指标及参数包括膜堆参数、部件参数、经济指标及技术指标四类。

反渗透应用领域  Application areas of reverse osmosis 

目前，反渗透技术已经成为饮水、饮品、化工、电力、冶金、电子、制药及食品等多个工业行业给水深加工或污废水回用处理的主流工艺，并开始进入市政给水及市政污水领域。在花卉种植等种植业及观赏鱼类等养殖业等新型农业行业，也常采用反渗透工艺制成纯水，再配以相应的营养成分加以使用。
