脱硫活性炭性能简介：

    英文名称：goff mercaptan carbon

    中文名称：脱硫醇活性炭

    脱硫活性炭按外观形状分为：粉状、颗粒状、不规则颗粒状、圆柱形、球型和纤维状等。是一种含硫材料制成的外观呈黑色、无味、***，内部孔隙结构发达。比表面积大，吸附能力强的一类微晶质碳素材料，是一种常用的吸附剂。脱硫活性炭指的是在汽油精制过程中，利用活性炭负载磺化钛氰钴，对原油中超标硫醇进行脱除，从而减少汽油含硫量，提高品质。符合国家环保排放的要求。

制备方法：

    脱硫活性炭有两种:一种是用于粗脱硫的普通脱硫活性炭,还有一种是用于精脱硫的改性脱硫活性炭。前者常以煤为原料,以焦油为胶粘剂挤条成型后经炭化处理,再用水蒸气活化,经筛分后制成。后者常选用已成型的活性炭,用活性炭金属盐溶液等浸渍后,再经干燥、焙烧和过筛后制得.如在活性炭上涂渍上乙醇胺等可以使活性炭得以改性,能脱除大部分的有机硫醚。

脱硫活性炭特点：

① 比表面积大、吸附值高。作为装载磺化钛氰钴的活性炭，要求亚甲蓝吸附值要高，中孔发达，负载量超过普通活性炭。 　　

② 强度好，不易碎。由于负载磺化钛氰钴活性炭，要在固定床中反复接受压力考验，溶液浸泡，所以要求强度要高，颗粒是自然形状。 　　

③ 灰份杂质含量少。为了确保催化剂顺利进行化学反应，要尽量减少炭中灰份，金属离子等各种杂质含量。提高活性炭孔隙利用率。 　　

④ 水分低。尽可能保持活性炭***水分，避免影响其功能发挥。

使用注意事项：

    在5～60℃温度范围内脱硫活性炭有的较好的脱硫效率.高于60℃,由于活性炭表在吸附硫化物的能力变弱,故其脱硫效果有所下降.脱硫活性炭在干燥的气体中脱硫效果差,要求被净化气体的相对湿度为70%～***,必要时应适当补充水分.由于活性炭精脱硫剂在制备过程中已适当添加了某些能大大加快脱硫反应的活性组分,因此使用时不需要像活性炭粗脱硫剂那在原料中加入氨. 

    由于活性炭独特的比表面积和微孔结构特点,它能吸附高沸点的有机硫化合物,但对COS、CS2低沸点的有机硫化物吸附量很小,而EZX转化收型多功能精脱硫剂除外.精脱硫剂一般使用寿命可达1～3年不需要再生.但精脱硫剂会因吸附气体中煤焦油而堵塞孔道影响硫容,还会因气体中不饱和和烃与之发生聚合反应生成大分子量的聚合物覆盖表面而降低硫容.因此在精脱硫工段前应预先除去原料中含量较高的煤焦油. 

    脱硫活性炭是最早使用的干法脱硫剂之一,至今已有70多年的 使用历史.早先的活性炭脱硫技术设备庞大,再生和硫回收过程较复杂,操作烦锁.在20世纪50年代逐渐被湿法所取代.近年来由于再生方法得以改进和简化,又开发了精脱硫用的脱硫活性炭和常温精脱硫技术,有不少中、小型合成氨厂、尿素厂、联醇生产厂利用脱硫活性炭干法脱除原料气中的 及部分有机硫.此法具有硫容大,适应性强,操作温度低,并可再生反复使用且能回收硫磺等优点,而且脱硫活性炭的价格比较便宜.但脱硫活性炭***于有氧的情况,无氧时吸硫能力很低.就耐水性而言,脱硫活性炭优于氧化铁脱硫剂. 

脱硫机理：

    活性炭脱硫机理是利用活性炭表面活性基团的催化作用加速气体中的H2S和O2发生下述反应: 

2H2S+ O2 →2H2O+2S ΔH= -434.3kJ/mol 

    H2S与O2在活性炭表面的反应实际上分两步进行,首先是活性炭表面吸附氧，形成活性中心的表面氧化物,然后气体中的H2S分子与化学吸附的氧发生反应，生成的硫磺沉积在活性炭发灰的微孔中。为了加速反应的进行，提高脱硫效果，实际O2/H2S之比需大于理论值0.5,其比值以大于3为好。

    脱硫活性炭可能过浸渍法引入活性金属如铜、碱金属划碱土金属等，以改性提高其催化活性。

The desulfurization characteristics of activated carbon:

Using the matters needing attention:

Within 5 ~ 60 ℃ temperature some good desulphurization activated carbon desulfurization efficiency. Above 60 ℃, due to the table in the adsorption of activated carbon sulfide is weaker, therefore its desulfurization effect declined. Activated carbon desulfurization in dry gas desulfurization effect is poor, the requirements of purified gas relative humidity is 70% ~ ***, and, when necessary, should be properly hydrated. Because of fine desulfurizer in the process of preparation of activated carbon has added some appropriate can greatly speed up the reaction of active component, so don't need like activated carbon when using coarse desulfurization agent that add ammonia in raw material.

Due to unique specific surface area activated carbon and microporous structure characteristics, it can absorb the high boiling point of organic sulfur compounds, but of COS and CS2 low boiling point organic sulfide adsorption quantity is small, and transformation of EZX except closed type multi-functional fine desulfurizer. Fine desulfurizer can reach 1 ~ 3 years service life generally don't need regeneration. But fine desulfurizer can jam because of adsorbed gas in coal tar channel influence sulfur capacity, will also because of the gas in unsaturated hydrocarbon and larger molecular weight of polymer and polymerization reaction of covering surface and reduce the sulfur capacity. So should be removed in advance before the fine desulfurization process of raw material content is higher in the coal tar.

Desulphurization mechanism:
