之江JS-8100产品用途/Applications

主要适用于车灯的防水粘接密封，电子电器及通讯设备的粘接、防水密封以及其它灯具防水密封。因各材质的种类及表面处理方式不同，建议行适当和合理的粘附和物性确认后，才可上线使用。

The waterproof adhesive and seal could be used for the automotive lights, the electrical and electronic and communications equipment and other high-grade lamps. 施工现场应具有良好的通风系统。

表面处理：基材表面需干燥、清洁，去除应力、静电、灰尘、油污等。

粘结：将胶体用胶枪挤到已清理干净的表面，使之分布均匀，如果温度较低，固化时间会延长。

施胶后的部件请立即装配在一起，以便胶水达到良好润湿作用，这将有助于粘接效果。

装配好部件如果存放的环境较干燥（相对湿度小于50％），建议增加湿度以合适的固化交联速度。

Operation：

The construction site should have a good ventilation system.

Surface treatment：the surface of the substrate needs to be dry and clean, so as to remove stress, static electricity, dust and oil pollution.

Bonding：The sealant is squeezed onto the cleaned surface by glue gun to make it distribute evenly. If the temperature is low, the curing time will be prolonged.

The components after using sealant should be immediately assembled so that the glue reaches a good wetting effect, which will lead a good bonding.

If the assembly parts are dry (relative humidity is less than 50%), it is recommended to increase the humidity to increase curing speed.
