简介
SN2-TQZ 为侵入型、双向或单向触发通球指示器，用于监视清管
器通过,可配 B、C、D 等多种显示器。清管器通过时，探入管道内的
触发显示器,不同的显示器有不同的输出或动作，具体输出如下：B：指示旗由水平状态转为直立状态。
B: Indication flag turns to vertical from horizontal.
C：指示旗由水平状态转为直立状态，SPDT 或 DPDT 电开关动作
并保持。
C: Indication flag turns to vertical from horizontal; SPDT or
DPDT switch acts and remains action.
D：数字时间显示器开始计时，存储被触发时的实际时间，双 SPDT
开关中 OUT1 动作并保持到出厂时设定的计时时间后，与显示器一起
回复到复位状态或待机状态。OUT2 的状态与撞针的状态相对应，即
OUT2 随撞针自动复位。（注意：配置 D 型显示器的仪器，不能在线检
查，即仪器的型号编码中不会带 MFOI 后缀）
D: Digital time display starts counting and memorize the actual
time when triggered; OUT1, one of the two SPDT switch, acts and
remains till the factory set time, and then, OUT1 and display returns
to reset state or standby. The state of OUT2 corresponds to the
trigger,i.e.,OUT2 returns automatically to reset with the trigger
together.
SN2-TQZ 为 2″法兰连接或焊接基座螺纹连接，带后缀 REUV 时为
上位球阀带压装卸型——装置的基座之上的装卸工具上使用球阀，REDV 时为下位球阀带压装卸型——装置的基座之下需安装球阀。
SN2-TQZ is connected with 2″ flange or thread boss, where ending
with REUV, indicates upper ball valve handled under pressure, i.e.
ball valve to be mounted above the foundation; where ending with
REDV, indicates lower ball valve handled under pressure, i.e. ball
valve to be mounted below the foundation.
Ⅲ、 安装方法
在安装法兰连接的通球指示器之前，管道上应预先安装符合该
仪表安装方式和要求的法兰，即法兰规格、等级、安装孔分布等应符
合 ANSIB16.5 或定制标准。法兰顶面到管道内壁的距离为 150mm 或符
合定制尺寸。
Ⅲ.Installation
Before the installation of the flange connection Pig detector , the
pipe shall be provided and fixed with the flange that conforms to the
mounting mode of the said instrument, e.g. the specification,
classification and the distribution of mounting holes of the flange
shall be in conformity to the standard ANSI B 16.5 or the
customized standard. The space between the flange top and the
internal wall of the pipe shall be of 150mm or in conformity to the
customized measurement.
使用与所用法兰相适应的密封垫（RF 法兰时选厚度为 3.2mm 或
4.5mm 的缠绕密封垫），垫在两法兰之间。对于双向触发的仪器，扳
机的动作方向应正对管道走向。将装有的一端插入管道，用螺栓
将法兰基座固定在管道接口上。
Place the sealing gasket adapted to the flange (3.2mm or
4.5mm sealing gasket in case of RF flange) between the two
flanges. If the instrument is a bidirectional trigger type, the
action direction of the trigger should be in line with the pipeline.
Insert the end with trigger to the pipeline and fasten the flange seat on the pipeline interface with screws.
调整显示器方向
当需要调整带有指示旗的 B、C 显示器的方向时，需平衡地稍微松开
显示器方法兰下的四个螺母，顺时针整体旋转旗式显示器，到达合适
位置后，平衡地紧固被松开的四个螺母。
Adjustment of display direction
When it requires adjusting the direction of B, C display with
indication flag, slightly loosen four nuts beneath the square flange
of display to the same extent, then turn the flag display clockwise to
the proper position; after that tighten the loosened four nuts.
当需要调整 D 显示器的方向时，先旋松显示器下方的滚花螺母，
调整好方向后，再先旋紧滚花螺母即可。
When it requires adjusting the direction of D display, unscrew the
knurled nut under the display to adjust its direction and then tighten
it again. 电气连接
C 型显示器的开关量输出，可以接通中间继电器或直接接通受控
设备，也可以作为输出信号传送至其它设备。
Electrical Connection
The switching output of C displays can be used to connect
intermediate relay or directly connect the controlled device, it can
also be used as an output signal transmitted to other devices.
C 型显示器不需要供电，应用其开关量输出时，需要三根导线，
分别连接公共端子（2 或 5）、常开端子（1 或 4）或者是常闭端子（3
或 6）、接地端子 GND。(CPECC 专 C 型中的供电仅仅是为自动
复位的那一组开关量输出)Type C displays do not need power supply, three wires are needed
when applying its switching output, connecting the public terminal(2
or 5), the normal open terminal (1 or 4)or the normal closed
terminal(3 or 6) and the ground terminal GND separately.
Ⅳ、维 护 Maintenance
当装置的法兰基座之上出现泄漏物时，说明装置的密封件损件，
需要拆卸下来更换。
可拆卸的动密封双向组件如图所示，属于免维护部件，一旦
泄漏，应拆卸下来返厂维修。
Ⅳ、Maintenance
In case of leakage on flange seat, it indicates
that the seal has been damaged and shall be
replaced.
The removable dynamic seal Bi-directional trigger assembly is
shown in the figure, which is a maintenance-free component. Once
leaking, it should be removed and returned to the factory for
maintenance.
